I was asked to be involved in a big project with DestinationSkin: to write new content for their upcoming website rebrand. This involved writing the homepage, treatment pages, a completely new 'Area of Concern' page, clinic and clinic doctor pages and lots of product descriptions – as well as any other copy that was needed throughout – such as captions for infographics. Seeing the original designs and the immediate – and massive – improvement in user experience made me want to write the best content possible.
